Permanent Easement with Toms River Township

The Board of Governors wants to inform the membership that we did not sign a permanent easement with the Township of Toms River regarding maintenance of our beach.

The Board of Governors signed a contract with Svenco Inc. to restore the dunes, clean the beach and install the temporary storm fences.  Permits were granted the end of this week by Toms River Township and work will begin within the next 10 days.
