The Board has received several inquiries requesting additional information regarding the 2025 dues increase. To answer the questions raised, I have put together a more granular analysis (below) of the situation we were faced with this year, as well as some history. I hope it is helpful.

 

To log into the Member’s only section, please use your registered email or your membership address code. If you do not remember your membership address code, it is the first three letters of your street name followed by the numbers of your home.  For example, if your address is “123 W Street Way”, your code would be WST123
