Is Your House for Sale? Has Your House Been Torn Down? Are You Rebuilding?

If you house is for sale, you’ve torn down your house, or are in the process of rebuilding,  you are still responsible for on-time payment of your club dues and any other monies owed the club. Any delinquent accounts will be billed penalty and interest as noted in the bylaws.  Please be sure to pay your dues by March 31 at the latest.

We do not prorate your dues if you sell your home. The decision to prorate is between you and the buyer, and generally this is done at the closing. Please contact your attorney or closing company for further information.
