Ocean Beach & Yacht Club would like to invite you to our Annual Christmas Tree Lighting, set to take place on Saturday, November 30th at 5:00 PM. As in the past, the event will take place at the newly renovated, and post-Sandy restored Clubhouse.
Our “guests of honor”, Mr. & Mrs. Santa will arrive at 5:30 PM to begin the festivities and visit with our children. Be sure to bring your cameras for a photo op!
Like previous years, we appreciate our members bringing a dish, or dessert, to share. It’s important to note that we do not have kitchen facilities, so please keep that in mind when choosing your contribution.
Additionally, the clubhouse does not have any chairs available, so if you need to sit please bring your own.
The “Family Tree” – Our Symbol of Community
As a continued fundraiser, Special Events will set up a “FAMILY TREE” in the newly remodeled clubhouse, where the tree will remain year round to show the closeness of our communit … our family.
We will have coastal ornaments for sale for you to personalize and place on the tree. Please consider supporting this effort!
