Dear Members,

As you may know, the club is hosting a Project Playground beefsteak dinner and tricky tray this Saturday, August 25th at the clubhouse. Tickets are $35, and all proceeds from this event will go towards the purchase of new playground equipment. If you’ve never been to a beefsteak before, you should definitely try to attend! Dinner and dessert will be catered by Nightingale Catering, the number one beefsteak catering company in the tri-state area. All you can eat premium sliced beef will be served! Music will be provided by our own DJ while non-stop food is served to your table.

Throughout the evening, tickets will be drawn for many fantastic prizes, such as beach bikes, a large screen TV, gift cards and baskets, and much much more! Each admission receives one sheet of 25 tickets, and additional tickets will be available for purchase. Simply place your tickets by the prizes you’d like to win, and wait for your number to be called. Donations of prizes are still being accepted.

Doors will be open from 3:30pm to 5:00pm for purchase of tricky tray tickets for those not attending the dinner. Stop on by the clubhouse at 3:30pm, buy some tickets, and take a chance to win some of the wonderful items that will be available. Dinner will be at 6pm. Entry will be limited to dinner guests after 6pm. Tricky tray tickets can also be purchased and placed during the dinner.

This is a special event to benefit the children of our community, and we would greatly appreciate your attendance! All are welcome, so reach out to your family and friends and buy your tickets soon. We need a final head count by this Wednesday, so please don’t hesitate…make your calls today. Tables can be reserved, and this is a BYOB event. Bring your appetite and some extra money for additional prize tickets! To order dinner tickets, stop on by the clubhouse, or please contact us at the following phone numbers:

Playgrounds are among the most important environments for our children outside the home. They provide opportunities for physical activity, spontaneous play, and creating social relationships, which are all essential for healthy development. Let’s try to support our children so that we can continue to provide a safe and enjoyable play environment.

I hope we can count on your support!

Best regards,
