The Board of Governors wants to inform the membership that we did not sign a permanent easement with the Township of Toms River regarding maintenance of our beach.
The Board of Governors signed a contract with Svenco Inc. to restore the dunes, clean the beach and install the temporary storm fences. Â Permits were granted the end of this week by Toms River Township and work will begin within the next 10 days.
