Rules to Remember:

  1. Subletting of boat slips is not permitted
  2. You may not move your watercraft to an alternate slip without permission by the marina supervisor
  3. Boat trailers are not permitted to be stored/parked on OBYC property
  4. All watercrafts including JetSki/WaveRunner docks must be removed prior to the end of the rental period

*Any member found in violation of the above rules will be charged a fee of $25 per day & may be subject to towing at member’s expense*

Waverunner platforms must be removed at the end of every season.

Insurance Requirements

As a condition of this rental, members agree to maintain Liability Insurance Limits of at least $100,000.00 for injuries or property damage resulting from their use of this boat slip throughout the rental period.
