The OB2 Board of Governors, working alongside the Township of Toms River, has put together a seven (7) page document regarding the proposed Dune Easements. Â Contained in these documents are:
- A letter from Mayor Kelleher that was sent to all oceanfront property owners along the Barrier Island in Toms River Township
- A collection of frequently asked questions (and answers) that may be on the minds of members of each beach community.
The proxy ballots are being mailed out to the membership by the end of this week. Â If you do not plan to attend the General Membership Meeting in June, please give your proxy to a trusted friend or neighbor (who is a member of OBYC) or to a member of the OBYC Board.
Please note:  This decision is not OBYC’s to make.  However, we do need to know if our members are in favor or against the Dune Easement under the planned US Army Corps of Engineers Program.
