The Ocean Beach & Yacht Club community deeply mourns the passing of Carl Thompsen, who left us last year. Carl was a cherished member of Ocean Beach Unit 2 in Lavallette, New Jersey, known for his kindness and warmth.
He was a dedicated volunteer cook at our Memorial Day picnics and served as an OB2 security guard for several years. Carl’s contributions and caring spirit made Ocean Beach a better place for everyone.
