Starting June 17, 2017, the Board will reinforce Rules and Regulations – Section 9, sub section C – Construction Repairs During Summer Season. A survey of the community was completed and the Improvements Committee has recommended the reinforcement of this rule. Advise your design professional and contractors that this rule will be strictly enforced in 2017. We would like to thank our residents for their patience and tolerance during the rebuilding process.
