DESCRIPTION:The OB2 foundation provides scholarships to students interest
 ed in Marine Environmental Studies and making improvements to the Oceanfro
 nt and Bayfront to enable all to benefit from the natural environment.

 equipment is also something the Foundation provides for the beaches. \n T
 ickets have been mailed out.  $10 a ticket- $100 per packet. You can buy t
 hem or sell them to friends.\nPlease remember to return your OB2 foundation
  raffle tickets to the clubhouse. You have to be in it to win it!\nYou do n
 ot have to be present to win!
